- We are a 24-hour service organization with a call center with three shifts of manpower
cross-trained, around the clock. Three shifts eliminate overtime.
- We have esimators, designers and architects on staff for renovation and design needs.
- Our labor force is comprised of carpenters, mechanical, HVAC and heat, plumbers,
electricians, painters, ceiling and flooring technicians, outside maintenance staff for lawn
care, snow plowing, pressure washing, roofing, masonry.
- We have a fleet of hauling vehicles and storage facilities.
- We have appraisers and inspectors on staff.
- Operating engineers and assortment of equipment are available.
- We have depots in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont.
- We hold licenses for all trades, as well as all insurances needed.
- Technicians and labor forces meet all safety standards and are cross-trained to handle all trades in a professional manner
- Licensed in the New England states for all trades
- Storage facilities available if needed
- Design work for all types of rehab or build design
