The Maintenance Division of the Boston Group is comprised of corporate organizations that have their corporate domicile and control in the New England region, with the majority of their corporate offices in the Boston area. We have individuals and investors who also own manufacturing plants and energy facilities and a national food service conglomerate that started in New England. At one time, each corporation and property holders had their own maintenance department. However, many hours paid to employees for no work completed at these and other locations. They hired outside subcontractors because many of the maintenance employees did not keep up with the times.
The amount of overtime involved was shocking. This was a win-lose situation.
These corporate officers and owners of these companies, over a period of a year, developed a business plan and formed a LLC called The Maintenance Division of the Boston Group. All maintenance employees were laid off and directed to interview with the new entity. Those hired were individuals who really wanted to be part of the maintenance industry. The assets of the group that formed the maintenance division were over a billion dollars. They did not want to be put on front street by their corporate name, so they called themselves The Boston Group. For the past decade, the service maintained their properties. In 2010, they agreed they needed additional business and that is why they came to the marketplace with talent which far surpassed the competitors.

The Maintenance Division of the Boston Group covers healthcare facilities, retail operations, shopping centers and malls, industrial and power facilities, foreclosure properties, residential and commercial properties.

The skills we offer are demolition, carpentry, plumbing, locksmith, electrical, HVAC, roofing, outside maintenance including landscaping and snow removal, inside janitorial and maid services, boards-up services.

Our trades are carpenters, masons, steel workers, HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, operating engineers, laborers, roofers, janitors, maids and drivers. Our office staff includes engineers, civil, as well as designers, estimators, billing department. We will work along with our customers for cost and budgets to insure their needs are met.
